*27  Observed the following sinks to not have hot water: 1. Hot water of hand sink in kitchen to be turned off because of small leak in faucet when its on. 2. One of hand sinks in men''s bathroom to be turned off because of leak in faucet. Please repair and keep hot water on at all times for proper hand washing 750.1120. *Water was turned on at kitchen hand sink. 10 Days
Observed box of raw ground beef sitting on table top to thaw. Provide for all potentially hazardous foods to be properly thawed in one of the following ways: 1) In a refrigerator unit in a way that the temperature doe not exceed 41°F 2) Under potable running water at a temperature of 70°F or below 3) In a microwave oven only when it is a part of the cooking process 4) As a part of the conventional cooking process 750.240. *Meat was put back into cooler. Observed the following foods improperly stored: 1. Ice Cream not covered. 2. Foods in upright freezer in front cook line to be uncovered. Please cover foods to protect from contamination 750.130. Next Inspection
15  Observed the following surfaces to be improper: 1. Roll top lid in front cook line broken. 2. Towel under milk cooler. *Towel was removed and tray was put under to catch milk. 3. Handle of milk cooler broken. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, corrosive resistant, and light colored 750.600. Next Inspection
21  Observed facility to have wiping cloths stored on counter tops throughout. Provide for wiping cloths to be stored in sanitizer solution while not being used 750.810. Next Inspection
23  Observed the following to need cleaning: 1. Inside utensil/straw tubs in wait station. 2. Outside of BBQ Sauce bucket in dry storage. Please clean and maintain 750.800. Next Inspection
